The entire trip was well-managed from start to finish Accommodation was clean, safe, and well-located. The houseboat in Srinagar was a unique experience—comfortable and cozy with great service. All the key spots were covered as promised. The timing was well-planned to avoid peak crowds, especially in places like tulip garden and sonmarg !
Our recent trip to Kashmir was an unforgettable experience, covering the stunning destinations of Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Gulmarg, a houseboat stay, and Srinagar.
The hotel stay throughout the trip was pleasant, with comfortable accommodations that added to the overall enjoyment. However, the highlight of our journey was the exceptional support from sofi holidays. When bad weather prevented us from reaching the houseboat, he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He stayed with us until 4 AM, tirelessly arranging alternate accommodation near the houseboat. His dedication and kindness made a huge difference during a challenging moment, and we can’t thank him enough for his incredible support. .
